TEAMCARE releases Open Educational Resources supporting interprofessional learning in community-based care
TEAMCARE’s work continues to be driven by collaboration, innovation, and a strong commitment to open education. As part of its mission to strengthen interprofessional skills in community-based, person-centred care across Europe, the project has now released a comprehensive collection of e-learning materials as Open Educational Resources (OERs). They reflect the collective expertise of educators, health and social care professionals, and institutions working together across national and disciplinary boundaries.
This press release introduces TEAMCARE’s newly published e-learning resources and the Integrated Platform that hosts them, highlighting how open, multilingual and practice-oriented learning can support collaboration, digital readiness and innovation in integrated care. Designed and tested within the project’s national pilots in Ireland, Italy, Greece and Poland, the materials aim to support educators, learners and organisations across Europe in advancing interprofessional education and practice.
