TEAMCARE’s strength lies in its people: the professionals, educators, and organisations who bring the project’s values to life across Europe.

To explore how our shared vision translates into local realities, we asked partners and pilot teams four core questions about their motivations, roles, and hopes for the future of community-based interprofessional care.

We begin with insights from Paolo Michelutti (Reference Site Collaborative Network, RSCN), who reflects on how TEAMCARE’s mission aligns with Europe’s drive toward innovation and sustainability in person-centred care.

His perspective is followed by the experiences of our national pilot leaders: Dr. Kleio Koutra (Hellenic Mediterranean University, Greece), Benedetto Giardulli (University of Genova, Italy), Pawel Przylecki (Medical University of Łódź, Poland), and the Irish Pilot Team led by the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).
