Join the TEAMCARE Cooperation Framework

The TEAMCARE Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishes a European cooperation framework to support the dissemination, adaptation, implementation and long-term sustainability of the TEAMCARE Curriculum for Specialists in Community-Based Interprofessional Teams for person-centred care.

By signing the MoU, organisations can express their commitment to strengthening interprofessional education and training and to promoting integrated, community-based and person-centred models of care.

Who can sign?

The MoU is open to TEAMCARE project partners and external organisations, including:

·       higher education institutions and vocational education and training providers;

·       continuing professional development providers and lifelong learning centres;

·       health and social care organisations;

·       public and regional authorities;

·       professional, regulatory and accreditation bodies;

·       research institutions and innovation ecosystems;

·       European, national and regional networks;

·       other organisations interested in disseminating, adapting or implementing the TEAMCARE training package.

Different ways to participate

Each organisation can select one or more levels of engagement according to its mandate, interests and readiness:

·       endorsement and dissemination;

·       exploration and localisation of the Curriculum;

·       implementation of courses, modules, micro-credentials or work-based learning activities;

·       recognition and institutional cooperation;

·       scaling-up, peer learning and participation in the TEAMCARE Community of Inquiry.

The MoU is a voluntary and non-binding statement of intent. Signing it does not, in itself, create legal or financial obligations or provide automatic accreditation, certification, credit recognition or professional recognition.

How to sign the MoU

1.         Read the final version of the TEAMCARE Memorandum of Understanding.

2.         Consult the Guide for Signatories, which explains the practical steps to follow.

3.         Complete the Signatory Profile Form in Annex 4 and indicate the intended level or levels of engagement.

4.         Ask the organisation’s legal representative, or a person formally authorised to act on its behalf, to sign the relevant section of the MoU.

5.         Send the signed documentation to the RSCN MoU contact point at interactive.rscn@gmail.com.

Whether your organisation is ready to disseminate the TEAMCARE resources, explore their adaptation to a local context, implement part of the Curriculum or develop more structured cooperation with other institutions, signing the MoU is an opportunity to contribute to the future sustainability and wider uptake of the TEAMCARE approach.
