TEAMCARE Final Conference: From Project Results to Sustainable Adoption
The TEAMCARE Final Conference will take place on 10 September 2026 at the Department of Architecture of the University of Naples Federico II, Via Forno Vecchio 36, Naples.
The event will bring together project partners, policymakers, education and training providers, healthcare organisations and European networks to share the main TEAMCARE results and explore opportunities for their future adoption and sustainability.
The programme will include insights from the four pilot sites, the TEAMCARE curriculum and competence framework, tools for future adopters, scaling-up opportunities, Twinning Partnerships and the Memorandum of Understanding.
