TEAMCARE Open Forum: introducing the TEAMCARE Training Package to potential next adopters

The TEAMCARE Open Forum, held online on 29 April 2026, introduced the TEAMCARE Training Package to potential next adopters and stakeholders interested in interprofessional education and integrated community-based care. The event brought together the TEAMCARE consortium, pilot site representatives and participants from different professional and organisational backgrounds to explore how the package can be transferred and adapted in new contexts.

The Forum combined three short orientation videos with live testimonies from the four TEAMCARE pilot sites: University of Genoa, RCSI, Hellenic Mediterranean University and Medical University of Łódź. Participants actively engaged through moderated discussions and live polls, sharing their views on possible adoption pathways, support needs and the most relevant components of the package. The discussion highlighted a strong interest in using TEAMCARE as an integrated package, with local adaptation guidance emerging as the main priority for future adopters.
